Thank you for shopping with Sri Swarna Readymade Blouse. Every blouse is carefully inspected and packed with the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and size-sensitivity reasons, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund & No Exchange policy.
No Returns or Exchanges
- Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, including size issues, style preference, colour variation, or change of mind.
- All products undergo double quality check before packing to ensure defect-free delivery.
- We request customers to carefully refer to the size chart and product images before placing an order.
Exception — Wrong / Damaged Product Received
In the rare case you receive a wrong or damaged item, you must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery.

- Attach an unedited opening-video of the parcel and clear photos of the product received.
- Requests without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
If approved after verification, we will replace the product with the same model and size only. Refunds are not provided under any condition.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, exchanged or refunded.
