Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Products must be returned unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Personalized, altered, or clearance sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Process

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and attach photos if the product is damaged or defective.
3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to safely package and ship the item back to us.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, using the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (including original and return shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
