- Products must be returned unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Personalized, altered, or clearance sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Return Process

- Shipping charges (including original and return shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
